Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an analytical Digital Data Analyst just like you to join our ever-expanding team. A great customer experience is key to us; so, ensuring our online marketing activity is effectively managed and optimised is paramount.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as the expert in customer insight and analysis, you’ll provide analytics data and actionable reports to identify trends and behaviours that can be managed an optimised for each marketing channel. It’s very much a greenfield when it comes to data analysis. We’ve got reams of data just waiting to have its potential unleashed. You’ll find lots of quick wins, giving you the ability to make a big impact very quickly!

• Develop and produce conversion funnel reporting suite and drop out analysis by channel and segment

• Inform the digital marketing team and ecommerce merchandiser of any trends/insights that could optimise activity

• Provide insight and recommendations for areas of opportunity and improvement across all digital channels and

• Actively producing test options to build into an overall test roadmap

What you’ll bring

Although experience in a Marketing analytics environment would be beneficial it’s not the be all and end all. What we really need is someone with strong analytical and mathematical skills who is a whiz on Excel and has worked with Google Analytics or Core Metrics.

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics

• Proven experience of using strong numerical and analytical skills to draw findings from figures

• Prior experience of the companies’ sector of building supplies is not essential but retail experience is preferable

• Strong attention to detail, inquisitive and good organisational skills

• Interested in customer behaviour and interaction with technology
