Wilkinson tops customer satisfaction survey

Wilkinson has topped the garden centre/DIY chains listed in a customer satisfaction survey from Which? magazine.

Focus and Homebase came in the bottom 10, while B&Q and Wickes were joint 62nd.

A Wilkinson representative said: "We were of course pleased to be highly rated in the ‘Which' customer service survey. Customer satisfaction has always been our no.1 priority and this commitment is the foundation for everything we do.

"Our objective is to give customers the best possible shopping experience, offering outstanding value for money. We do this by staying true to our standards of service, investing in our team members and continuing to listen to our customers to ensure we meet their needs. We're glad this has been recognised in this important national survey."
