Veronique Laury - My first 120 days at Kingfisher

In her first few months, Veronique has visited all the countries in which Kingfisher operate, has been to every operating company, met the local Boards and visited people’s homes. Looking at the way people live it is clear to her that customers’ needs are more similar than different.
