Benchmarx Starts 2026 With Two New Showrooms

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery has strengthened its branch network by opening two new showrooms at the start of 2026.

The kitchen supplier, which is part of the Travis Perkins Group, has launched the two new sites to further enhance access to kitchen expertise and products for both the tradesperson and the homeowner.

A new Benchmarx has been built at Travis Perkins’ Birmingham Central branch on South Road in Hockley, giving both trade customers and homeowners greater choice when they visit.

Meanwhile, in Swansea, a new showroom has been built on Upper Fforest Way following the relocation of the Travis Perkins branch. Previously operating from separate sites, Travis Perkins Swansea and its Benchmarx showroom are now fully integrated within the main branch.

Rosie Wise, Managing Director at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery, said: “As a business, we are delighted to have opened two new showrooms to kickstart 2026.

“In Birmingham, it gives customers access to our kitchen design team as well as the full range of our products for the first time at this site.

“In Swansea, there was a showroom separate from the main Travis Perkins site, but with the relocation, it brings Benchmarx into the heart of our Travis Perkins branch. It means tradespeople can access kitchen design support, products and their basic building materials all in one place.”

As part of the unveilings of the Travis Perkins and Benchmarx branches, donations were made to Alzheimer’s Society, the business’ chosen charity.

The Birmingham Central Benchmarx is open Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 4.30pm, while the Swansea branch is open 7.30am to 5.00pm. On Saturday, Birmingham is open from 7.00am to 11.00am and Swansea is 8.00am to noon.

Benchmarx has more than 130 branches nationwide, supplying kitchens and joinery for trade professionals and their customers.
