B&Q offers customers the chance to bring a date for free to ‘You Can Do It’ classes
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, B&Q is letting anyone who books a ‘You Can Do It’ DIY class from 12-19 February bring a date or their partner along for free. A good way to see if the person you’re dating has DIY potential, perhaps?
The classes, which take place in You Can Do It Centres in 15 B&Q stores across the country, cover everything from wallpapering, tiling and plumbing to learning how to handle power tools, and last from two to four hours.
There are more than 20 seasonal classes which take between 2-4 hours, and start at £10. Attendees are given step by step guidance by a DIY expert on how to tackle a job, and get to try out the task themselves, whilst gaining tips of the trade.
