Bunnings UK appoints first Head of Legal

Simone Tudor has been appointed as Homebase's first dedicated Head of Legal and Company secretary after joining from retail group AS Watson. Prior to the Wesfarmers acquisition of Homebase in February 2016, they shared Home Retail Group legal services with Argos.

Homebase is currently in the process of becoming Bunnings UK & Ireland, having opened its first Bunnings branded store earlier this month. The new company completed its first panel review in November 2016, with Herbert Smith Freehills and Dentons among the firms that made the cut for the company's inaugural roster.
