Clas Ohlson to open latest store in Newcastle
Swedish homewares retailer Clas Ohlson is to open a new store in the UK, in Newcastle in August 2011. The company first entered the UK with a store in Croydon in November 2008 and currently has eleven outlets. The new store, located in Newcastle’s city center, has 1,889 sq m of space and will showcase 10,000 products. By the end of fiscal 2010–11, Clas Ohlson plans to open 19 stores, including another four in the UK.
