Cox & Cox Announces New Pricing Strategy
Cox & Cox, the Somerset-based interiors brand known for its distinctive design-led collections, has announced a new pricing strategy in response to customer feedback.
Following a recent survey of more than 84,000 subscribers, the company is lowering prices, without compromising the quality or craftsmanship customers have come to expect.
While the Autumn/Winter 2025 collection continues to offer the timeless inspiration Cox & Cox is renowned for, this season also marks a meaningful shift in how the brand approaches value.
The customer survey revealed high levels of satisfaction with Cox & Cox’s product offering but also identified areas where improvements could be made - particularly around pricing. In response, the company has implemented reductions across many of its products to ensure that creating a stylish, well-considered interior is within easier reach.
Central to this initiative is the launch of the Stylist’s Edit – a curated collection of its best-selling, in-stock pieces. Carefully selected by the brand’s in-house stylists, this edit showcases Cox & Cox’s most iconic designs, now with significantly reduced pricing.
On average, prices in the Stylist’s Edit have been lowered by 26%, offering customers a unique opportunity to invest in enduring style at exceptional value.
“Our team has selected a timeless edit of Cox & Cox favourites. Those iconic pieces that reflect the heart of our collection,” said Jan Duckworth, Managing Director at Cox & Cox. “Thoughtfully curated and now offered at exceptional prices, this is an opportunity to welcome enduring style into your home for less.”
In addition to the Stylist’s Edit, Cox & Cox has reduced prices across its entire made-to-order furniture collection by 25%. Customers will continue to receive the same exceptional build quality, choice of premium fabrics, and expert craftsmanship, all handmade in the UK and supported by a 10-year structural guarantee.
Despite the price reductions, Cox & Cox is committed to delivering products of uncompromising quality and considered design. These changes are part of a broader strategy to ensure the brand remains customer-focused and accessible, while staying true to its design-led heritage.
