Grafton Group Announces Board Change
Grafton Group plc ("Grafton"), the international builders merchanting and DIY Group, announces that Mr. Frank van Zanten has indicated that he will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2020.
Mr. van Zanten joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2013 and since then has made a strong contribution to the Board and the interests of shareholders.
In compliance with rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority's listing Rules, Grafton advises that Mr. van Zanten has been nominated for appointment as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. with effect from 8 April 2020.
