Grafton Group Announces Retirement Of Two NEDs

Grafton Group plc ("Grafton, the Company") announces that, in line with the Board's succession plan, Susan Murray and Vincent Crowley have retired from their positions as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 21 October 2025 having served on the Board since October 2016.

Dr. Rosheen McGuckian, who joined the Board in January 2020, succeeds Mrs. Murray as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
