Home Bargains Parent Acquires Quality Save
Documents filed at Companies House show that the parent company of Home Bargains has acquired Quality Save, a discount retailer found on high streets across the North West and Yorkshire.
According to the Quality Save website, the chain operates from 21 stores, selling the biggest brands at the best prices on the high street, from fresh fruit and vegetables, to cleaning products, toiletries and furniture.
TJ Morris Ltd and Paul Rowland are now named as 'persons with significant control' over the Quality Save business, while directors Diane, Paul and Richard Rudkin, have stepped down from their roles.
A Home Bargains spokesman told The Grocer: “We are pleased to confirm that TJ Morris acquired Quality Save with effect from 26 January 2023.
“Our existing working relationship makes Quality Save a great fit for the TJ Morris Group and we’re excited that we are now able to bring these stores into Home Bargains, increasing our store numbers and simplifying how we work.”
