• AI Documents: Pros can instantly generate and edit any financial document, including estimates, proposals, change orders and invoices with AutoMate AI. For example, to create an estimate, pros can type or use voice input to describe a project, including project type or scope, size of the space or tier (high, medium, lower). AutoMate AI uses those inputs to create a professional document with anticipated labour and material costs, automatically using pricing based on project location and eliminating manual data entry. 

• AI Tasks: AutoMate AI scans daily logs and notes to proactively recommend relevant tasks, helping pros follow up, delegate and stay organised. Tasks can be added to the project schedule to help keep teams aligned and informed. 

• AI Expenses: Pros can take a photo of a receipt and AutoMate AI will extract and fill in key details to instantly log an expense under the related project in Houzz Pro.
