HRG appoints two new Board Members

Home Retail Group has appointed two new members to its board.

Ian Durant and Cath Keers will join the board as non-executive directors with effect from July 6 and September 1 respectively.

HRG chairman Oliver Stocken said: "I am very pleased to welcome both Ian and Cath to Home Retail Group. Ian has wide-ranging experience as a finance director both in retail and other sectors and as a non-executive director. Cath has a strong background in retail and consumer marketing and also considerable non-executive experience. The perspectives they will bring from their backgrounds and experience will make the strong additions to our board."
