Ideal Heating is starting the new year with a bold new boiler promise for installers and homeowners, with the launch of MAX Confidence - its premium support and assurance commitment for the Logic MAX and Vogue MAX boiler range.

At the heart of MAX Confidence is a new, industry-first guarantee. If an Ideal boiler is in warranty and a fault is diagnosed as Ideal’s responsibility, the customer will receive an extra year of cover. Ideal will fix the issue quickly and extend the warranty by 12 months. No fuss. No back and forth. No complicated hoops for the customer to jump through.

It combines market-leading protection, priority service and year-round access to support, giving installers a straightforward, premium message to share with homeowners.
