Jewson extends £8m partnership with property care firm

Jewson has announced that it will continue its supply chain partnership with Spectrum Property Care for a further three years.

The contract is worth an estimated £8m and is the culmination of an extensive tender process. Jewson will continue to supply Spectrum Property Care with an extensive range of services, which include dedicated branches and a field replenishment service.

Formerly known as Signpost Services, Spectrum Property Care maintains, repairs and improves over 35,000 homes responding to the needs of 100,000 social housing residents across the South of England each year.

During the rigorous re-tender process Spectrum Property Care examined all aspects of its partnership with Jewson to ensure flexibility, expertise and professionalism were being and would continue to be achieved.
