Logicbroker Acquires Virtualstock to Create Global Dropship Powerhouse
Logicbroker, the Intelligent Commerce Network behind some of the world’s largest retailers, has announced the acquisition of UK-based online retail technology leader Virtualstock.
Founded in 2004, Virtualstock processes over 8 million orders annually, with a gross merchandise volume (GMV) exceeding £2 billion ($2.7 billion). Its dropship and curated marketplace platform supports major UK brands including Aldi, Argos, B&Q, Currys, and John Lewis, providing seamless supplier onboarding, product induction, and direct connections through its Supplier Hub.
The merger positions the combined business as a global leader in multi-party commerce orchestration, with more than 15,000 retail and brand partners worldwide and a GMV surpassing $13 billion. Logicbroker plans to continue investing in Virtualstock to drive growth and deliver next-generation agentic commerce technology to UK retailers and brands.
