New Branch of The Range Opens In Somercotes

The Range is accelerating towards the 200 store mark with the opening of its 178th branch.
The new store is located in the village of Somercotes, Derbyshire, and opened on Friday 15th November.
More than 80 full- and part-time jobs have been created at the store, which features an Iceland Foods concession, a café and an outdoor garden centre.
Chris Dawson, owner and founder of The Range, said: “It was great to see so many people at the store opening this morning and we hope they all managed to find some fantastic bargains.
“We’re really pleased with the turn out and to be a part of the Somercotes community after a lot of hard work and anticipation.
"I would like to thank the council for welcoming us.”
The Range will open a new store in Durham later this week.
