PwC Sets Deadline For Wilko Bidders

Sky News reports that PwC, Wilko's administrator, has set a deadline for initial offers for the business.

Potential buyers are now understood to have until Wednesday to put offers forward following Wilko's fall into administration last week. 

It is believed that Gordon Brothers, Alteri Investors and Opcapita are among the financial investors contemplating putting in an offer, along with several unnamed retailers.

PwC has yet to comment.
