Rainy Day Trust announces emergency fuel payment

The Rainy Day Trust has just announced a new emergency winter fuel payment of £50.00 towards heating costs, because of the forecast cold weather.

CEO Bryan Clover said: “If you know of someone from the home improvement industry who is struggling financially, then please point them to this new emergency payment. It is a one-page form to complete and submit, and we will turn around applications very quickly. To qualify they must have worked in our industries for three years, earn less than £16,000 a year and have low savings. All applications are completely confidential.”
