• The Range and Wilko are looking to accelerate nationwide retail expansion and are calling on landlords to support next phase of growth

Following an unprecedented period of retail growth, CDS (Superstores International) is looking to continue the ambitious rollout of some of the UK’s most recognisable high street and out-of-town retail brands and is now urgently seeking new sites to support their next phase of expansion.

The UK’s fastest growing retailer, in the past six months alone CDS has opened 55 new The Range superstores, totalling over 1.6 million square feet of retail space, alongside a major rollout of Garden Centres by Homebase, Kitchens by Homebase and Bathrooms by Bathstore across hundreds of stores nationwide. The Group is now actively sourcing new retail opportunities across the UK to bring their trusted, in-demand retail brands even closer to the communities that need them.

Landlords and property owners are being invited to come forward with potential retail sites, as CDS looks to build long-term partnerships to power continued growth.

What We’re Looking For:

For wilko:

• City centres and strong towns nationwide, 20,000–25,000 sq ft
• Strong footfall locations
• Shopping centres preferred
• Units requiring amalgamation considered

For The Range:

• Out-of-town retail units nationwide
• 25–60,000 sq ft
• Freehold or leasehold
• Development sites or joint ventures considered
