The Range to open in former Homebase store at Meadowhall

Store group The Range says it will create 150 part-time and full-time jobs when it opens a new shop at Meadowhall Retail Park next year.

The store will be the 89th opened by the group and will stock more than 65,000 DIY, household, furniture and arts and crafts products.

Mr Dawson praised Sheffield Council and said: “We are very pleased to be creating a number of jobs in the area and look forward to inviting potential employees to join the team.

“I would like to thank the council for welcoming us and being so supportive.

“Sheffield is a location with so much potential.

“We are continuing to grow fast and expand, and I am confident The Range in Sheffield will help us in doing this.”

The Range is moving in to the former Homebase store on the retail park and will open in March.
