Toolstation Partners With GCW For London Expansion
Toolstation has brought in property consultancy GCW to assist with its London expansion plans.
A flyer published on the CGW website states that Toolstation is seeking more central and Greater London sites that meet the following criteria:
- 3,500 - 5,000 sq ft high street locations
- Prominent and visible roadside locations
- Easily accessible locations
- Access to parking / loading is essential
It is also understood that the business is keen to identify sites within the North and South Circular Road region of London, suitable for its small-format, 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft stores.

- Carshalton
- Chislehurst
- Chiswick
- Coulsdon
- East Ham
- Elephant & Castle

- Farringdon
- Finchley Road
