Toolstation's Fast-Track Delivery Service Now Available On App

  • Over 10,000  products available for delivery from as little as 30 minutes

Toolstation, part of Travis Perkins plc and one of the UK’s largest suppliers of tools, accessories and building supplies, has now made its rapid delivery service available on its app. The Fast Track delivery service means customers can choose from over 10,000 products and have them delivered directly to site or their home address in as little as 30 minutes.

Unlike other rapid delivery services which rely on delivering small products on bikes and cars, Fast Track supports a much wider range of products. The service can deliver larger items, accommodating up to 1,000kg in weight and dimensions of up to 3m in length with vehicles up to a variety of van types and sizes.

The service is ideal for busy trade customers working on the job and is designed to save time and help trades stay focused on the job.

‘Fast Track’ is powered by TradeKart, the UK’s fastest-growing trade marketplace, which acts as the conduit between tradespeople and merchants. The deliveries are fulfilled via TradeKart’s delivery network of over 150,000 drivers throughout the UK using partners including Uber, Gophr and City Sprint.

Customers simply place their order on the Toolstation app and can then track it from store to door in real time with a delivery fee from £4.99.

Toolstation’s Customer Director Chris Other said: “Time is money for our customers and Fast Track can make a real difference in customers’ day-to-day work. Having access to over 10,000 products in as little as 30 minutes means they don’t have to sit ages in traffic to pick up an item and they can order from over 480 stores. As well as delivering big and bulky items, the service has become even more convenient and is now available to the customers who use our app.”
