Torben Fabrin joins STARK Group as new Chief Information Officer (CIO), heading the Group’s digital transformation. Torben will take up the position no later than 1 April 2025.

Torben Fabrin is an experienced executive and CIO with a strong track record in leading digital, business-driven transformations and high-performing teams. He joins our Group from a position as SVP and CIO of Arla Foods, the largest producer of dairy products in Scandinavia and the UK as well as the world’s fifth-largest dairy company.

Group CFO Thomas Ahle says:

In Arla, Torben has driven a digital transformation similar to the one that we have embarked on. He is highly recognised for driving business-driven strategies and plans, delivering solid solutions hand-in-hand with the business, and for strong leadership that fosters team commitment and an environment for talents to unfold. I look forward to working with Torben on the significant digital transformation programme that we now are a few years into.

Torben Fabrin replaces Pernille Geneser.

Pernille leaves STARK Group having established a great team, kicked off our digital transformation programme and made the first deliverables. I am grateful for her great contributions and for advancing our digital capabilities to its current state, says Thomas Ahle.
