TP appoints new MD for Managed Services Division

Managed Services, part of Travis Perkins, which provides maintenance materials and supply chain planning for public sector organisations, has appointed Stuart Hough as managing director.

The appointment comes 14 months after Mr Hough joined the company as divisional managing director for plumbing and heating, following a lengthy career in the UK energy sector, which took him to the role of business markets director at British Gas.

Mr Hough takes up his appointment at a time of growth for the company. He said: “Our partnerships are delivering measurable efficiencies and a high level of customer satisfaction. We have set up over 45 standalone stores, with more to come, and this is an exciting time for the business. Our partnership experience has shown very clearly that our unique collaborative approach and strong customer relationships are the secrets of our success and at the heart of our continuing business expansion.”
