Travis Perkins appoints Strategic Team Group to build £1.2 million depot

Yorkshire construction business Strategic Team Group has secured a £1.2m contract to build a depot for builders' merchant Travis Perkins.

Located in Macclesfield, the development will include the demolition of an existing factory unit and construction of 11,000 sq ft store and yard. The work will also involve refurbishment of the former car showroom, which adjoined the existing building, and the renovation of the proposed tool hire building.
