Travis Perkins completes sale of Buck & Hickman
Travis Perkins said it completed the previously announced sale of Buck and Hickman to Brammer plc (BRAM.L: News ) for 27.6 million pounds, on a debt-free, cash-free basis.
The acquisition was originally announced on 2 September 2011.
UK-based Brammer is a holding company engaged in the provision of business to business services. The company is a supplier of power transmission components and related inventory management, procurement and logistics services in Europe.
Travis Perkins is a builder merchant and home improvement retailer in the United Kingdom.
