Travis Perkins Managed Services to Host Customer Summit at Silverstone

Travis Perkins Managed Services, which operates at the heart of the UK social housing sector, has today confirmed the return of its flagship industry event, the Customer Summit, taking place at the iconic Silverstone Circuit on Thursday, 5th March 2026.

Now running in its third year, the summit has evolved into the social housing sector’s premier destination for innovation, networking, and social value. This year’s event will welcome over 600 guests, including social landlords, local government officials, and industry pioneers, to the home of the British Grand Prix for a day of collaboration and thought leadership.

The 2026 summit also features an expanded supplier marketplace, where more than 70 industry-leading suppliers will showcase cutting-edge products designed to drive efficiency in the affordable housing sector.

Back by popular demand is the ‘MindLab’, a dedicated seminar hub featuring a packed agenda of content, including the Retrofit Roadmap, where Selvin Brown MBE will outline the structure of new grant schemes and the long-term vision for decarbonisation. 

The hub also hosts The Social Value Playbook, featuring speakers Isabelle Parasram OBE, Éadaoin Kelly, and Jamie Lawson, who will share award-winning strategies for delivering meaningful community impact and transforming social commitments into real-world results.

The day will conclude with the highly anticipated Better Together Awards ceremony, where Travis Perkins Managed Services will recognise the extraordinary social value delivered by its partners.

Recognising initiatives across five core categories: People, Environment, Community, Economy, and We Care. The awards celebrate projects that go beyond bricks and mortar. Each category winner will receive a £5,000 grant from Travis Perkins Managed Services to fund their vital local work further.
