Trio charged with £100,000 Homebase voucher theft appear in court
Three people have appeared in court in connection with the theft of more than £100,000 worth of gift vouchers from Homebase.
Kim White, 47, of Welbeck Walk in Wallington, Kevin Jones, 48, also of Welbeck Walk, and Sarah Jones, 22, of Bruce Drive in South Croydon, all appeared at Croydon Crown Court this morning.
They are charged in connection with the theft of the vouchers from the DIY chain in December last year and January this year.
Ms White is charged with five counts of stealing vouchers worth £132,842 while working for Homebase.
Keith Jones is charged with possessing stolen vouchers worth £2,660 and Sarah Jones is charged with using the vouchers in various stores.
The trio have been bailed to return to the same court on Friday, November 8.
