Website revamp for The Range

Furniture and homewares retailer The Range has revamped its website to simplify the buying process.

The retailer, owned and run by colourful entrepreneur Chris Dawson, is aiming to provide online customers with a way to shop online that offers the “same ease and convenience they would find in store”.

The site, built by BT Fresca, features a “more sophisticated customer facing functionality with a modern look”.

The Range said it is easier to navigate and is full of “great content that is easier to navigate”.

The retailer’s revamped website includes an improved store finder, a wish list option, products suggestions and customer product reviews.

The Range are also investing in stores, with plans to open 20 stores next year. By the end of this year it will have close to 60 shops.

Dawson said: “We are a growing business and our success is down to the fact we are able to offer customers a wide variety of products at unbeatable prices with a quality driven team onboard.”

The Range ecommerce manager Mark Andrews said: “As well as being heavily focused on expanding our physical business, online is now a strategic priority for us, as it represents a significant sales channel and opportunity.

“Our new platform will enable us to give our customers the very best levels of service. It includes features that will make the customer shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.”
