Wickes Launches Extensive New Bathroom Collection
- Shower panels hit record popularity, with sales for shower panels up over 60% year-to-date at home improvement retailer Wickes, as homeowners embrace statement, low-maintenance bathroom updates
- Wickes is launching more than 500 new bathroom products this autumn, including easy-to-install shower panels, a fully refreshed Wetwall collection with 20+ new decors in a wide range of sizes and price points, alongside a Wickes exclusive collaboration between Wetwall & Ca' Pietra
Statement showers are set to take centre stage in bathrooms this autumn, as Wickes reveals shower panels are now its fastest-growing bathroom category, with sales up by over 60% year-to-date.
Alongside the popular ‘colour drenching’ trend, designers are embracing the new trend of ‘material drenching’, where the same finish extends across multiple planes to create a bold, cohesive look that can make spaces feel more expansive. Alongside this, homeowners continue to embrace modern-classic neutrals and sanctuary-style spaces, with searches for ‘traditional bathroom’ on the rise.
Against this backdrop, home improvement retailer Wickes is launching an extensive new bathroom collection ahead of autumn. Featuring more than 500 new products, the collection responds to growing customer demand for stylish, low-maintenance bathroom updates. The range will be available to buy in stores nationwide and online from 8th September.
Statement Showers And The Rise Of Material Drenching
To help homeowners achieve the material-drenched look, Wickes has completely refreshed its popular Wetwall shower panel range, adding over 20 new decors across various sizes and price points. Designed to create bespoke, luxury spaces, the updated line-up includes on-trend finishes such as Rose Onyx, Nordic Oak and Natural Terrazzo.
Replicating the look of tiles, stone, marble and timber, the 100% waterproof panels require no grouting and are easy to clean and maintain. They can also be installed directly over existing tiles, making them ideal for both complete bathroom renovations and quick updates.
Alongside the refreshed Wetwall range, Wickes is also launching its Wetwall x Ca’ Pietra shower panel collection, which initially launches at Wickes (£454), bringing striking mural artwork and artisan-inspired patterns directly to Wickes customers. Designed to create an effortless focal point in any shower enclosure, the range offers a boutique-inspired finish without the complexity of traditional tiling.

Modern Meets Traditional
The new Heritage bathroom collection blends timeless charm with contemporary design, pairing shaker-style wall panelling, rustic farmhouse tiles, warm veined marble flooring and chalky wall colours for a soft, sophisticated finish. The look is completed with the new Berkeley Vanity Console Unit, part of Wickes’ latest bathroom furniture range launching alongside the collection.
Offering a unique alternative to standard vanity units, the Berkeley washstand brings a more personalised approach to bathroom storage. Its open-frame design allows homeowners to style the space to suit their needs, using baskets and accessories to create flexible, characterful storage that feels both practical and design-led. The wider Berkeley furniture range also features soft, refined silhouettes, elegant worktop options and a choice of basin styles, from countertop basins to integrated undermount designs.

Tim Richards, Head of Bathrooms at Wickes, comments: “The new collection has been designed to help homeowners create bathrooms that feel stylish, personal and are built to last. With shower panels now our fastest-growing bathroom feature, we know customers are looking for design-led, low-maintenance ways to transform their spaces. From our refreshed and exclusive Wetwall x Ca' Pietra collection to the new Heritage and Berkeley furniture collections, there are more ways than ever to create a bathroom that feels both practical and luxurious.”
