Behavioural Expert to Speak at 2027 GCA Conference
LEADING consumer behaviour expert Kate Hardcastle MBE has joined the roster of speakers for the Garden Centre Association’s (GCA) annual conference in January 2027.
Kate will offer her expertise on consumer trends, retail futures and building trust with customers on Monday, January 25 at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon.
GCA Chairman and Operations Director of Haskins Garden Centres, Ben Harrison, who is organising the conference alongside GCA CEO Peter Burks, explains: “Kate is widely recognised for her expertise in consumer behaviour and retail strategy and brings a wealth of experience working with global brands.

With a career spanning more than three decades, her experience covers global supply chains, sustainability and the evolving commercial landscape of modern retail. She is also the founder of Buy Smarter, Buy Greener and a recognised advocate for responsible, consumer-focused business.
