City Plumbing Offering 5% Cashback This Thursday
City Plumbing is holding a National Trade Day on Thursday 8 October, with events at branches nationwide and 5% cashback on all qualifying purchases.
The trade days will give customers the chance to meet suppliers, speak to branch teams, see products first-hand and learn more about the services and support available for the busy months ahead.
Customers who spend more than £100 on the day will also receive a 5% cashback voucher issued to their City Plumbing account, giving them an extra reason to stock up as heating season gathers pace.
Hemal Morjaria, Chief Commercial Officer at City Plumbing, said: “For one day only, across the UK, we will be bringing customers, suppliers and our teams together for National Trade Day. There’ll be loads going on at every branch, from supplier demos and competitions to fundraising and free food.
“It’s a chance to understand all the products, tools and services available as the colder weather looms, speak to the people who can help and get ready for upcoming jobs. And with 5% cashback for one day only, customers can also get something back on the products they need, whether that’s boilers and spares, electrical products, plumbing essentials, renewables or even a full bathroom suite.”
National Trade Day is part of City Plumbing’s wider Everything You Need campaign for the heating season, which brings together its wide product range, digital tools, and services to help installers source more of what they need in one place. City Plumbing also has trade deals on key heating season products, plus bulk buy offers so busy trades can stock up on what they use most.
Hemal continued: “Our research shows that installers can spend a huge amount of their working day sourcing products, with some losing 30 minutes or even more, visiting multiple merchants. That’s why we’re focused on making it easier to get what they need, whether that’s having the right products available, helping customers track down a spare, or using tools like the Boiler Kit Builder to pull together all the components for a job.”
As heating season gets underway, City Plumbing has launched new tools and services to help trades work more efficiently. A new delivery date-of-choice option for online orders gives customers more control over when products arrive, while improvements to its online Spares Finder make it simpler to identify and source the right replacement part.
A Boiler Kit Builder helps installers pull together the products needed for an installation in one place, while a new Heat Loss Calculator supports radiator specification.
