Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing Wins Renewables Contract With Tai Tarian
Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing has secured a substantial contract with Tai Tarian to support the delivery of a solar PV installation programme across homes in Neath Port Talbot.
Awarded through the Ffrâm24 All Wales Materials Framework Lot 5: Renewables (Zone 5), the contract covers the supply of solar PV panels and associated products to support Tai Tarian’s wider decarbonisation and energy efficiency programme across more than 9,000 homes.
The agreement includes the supply, storage, stock management and phased delivery of solar PV systems throughout the 2026 -27 financial year to allow Tai Tarian to meet their programme delivery requirements.
Integrated Solutions will support the programme through its dedicated renewables infrastructure, including its state-of-the-art 670,000-square-foot Primary Distribution Hub and branch network, to help contractors access products efficiently and maintain programme momentum. The merchant will also provide operational support, account management, and digital stock visibility tools designed to improve availability, reduce delays, and ensure efficient deliveries, with deliveries coordinated through its PTS Swansea branch.
Integrated Solutions will also contribute to community projects and training initiatives within Neath Port Talbot, supporting Tai Tarian’s wider focus on local employment, skills development and regional reinvestment.
“This is a significant programme with a lot of moving parts, from product availability and phased delivery through to funding requirements and contractor coordination,” said Richard Adams, Sales Director at Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing, part of Highbourne Group.
“We’ve invested heavily in building a renewables operation that can support projects like this at scale, combining specialist infrastructure, local stockholding and dedicated operational support.
“With more housing providers increasing investment in solar PV and wider low-carbon technologies, there’s growing demand for supply chain partners that understand both the products and the operational realities of delivering retrofit programmes across occupied homes.”
This latest programme builds on Tai Tarian’s work to decarbonise its homes as part of its carbon neutrality journey.

Craig Maybery-Thomas, Head of Asset Management and Decarbonisation at
Tai Tarian, said: “We’ve already seen the difference solar PV can make for our tenants, both in improving energy efficiency and helping households reduce energy costs. This next phase is another important step in our commitment to creating more sustainable homes and communities across Neath Port Talbot.
“Delivering programmes like this at scale depends on strong operational coordination and a reliable supply chain. Integrated Solutions demonstrated a clear understanding of those
requirements, alongside the importance of keeping work progressing smoothly for contractors and customers alike.”
