Kingfisher Confirms CFO Appointment Date

Further to the announcement of Bhavesh Mistry’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer made on 17 June 2024, the Company today announces that Bhavesh will join Kingfisher as CFO, and join the Board of Directors as Executive Director, with effect from 13 January 2025. He will be based at Kingfisher's head office in Paddington, London.

Bernard Bot will step down from the Board and as CFO on the same date. He will remain with the Company to support an orderly transition until the end of February 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.4.7 of the UK Listing Rules.
