Last month Screwfix welcomed over 37,000 trade professionals and DIYers to its annual Screwfix LIVE show at Farnborough Exhibition and Conference Centre for another record-breaking year.

The much-anticipated event was attended by more than 37,000 visitors across the weekend, an impressive 19% more than last year, officially making Screwfix LIVE 2026 the biggest year yet. Saturday alone saw more than 14,000 customers attend, setting a new venue attendance record.

Bringing together more than 200 leading trade brands, visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of products, get hands-on experience of the latest tools, and shop exclusive deals.

The show also welcomed a host of special guests, including former professional boxer Frank Bruno, four-time Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah, and England rugby union players Marlie Packer and Rosie Galligan.

Screwfix LIVE also hosted the final of Screwfix Top Tradesperson 2026, with ten talented tradespeople competing for this year’s title. Neil Claxton, an electrician from Ayr, Scotland, was crowned this year’s winner and received a £20,000 trade bundle of tools, tech and training. Neil was awarded the title in recognition of his commitment to the highest standards of work and customer service, alongside his dedication to developing apprentice electricians and supporting his team and local community.

In addition to the trade show, The Screwfix Foundation held a charity dinner, bringing together Screwfix suppliers and partners to raise vital funds for supporting community projects across the UK and Ireland. The evening was a huge success, raising over £370,000 for the Foundation.

Welcoming more than 37,000 visitors over the weekend, including a record-breaking Saturday, is an incredible milestone and demonstrates just how much the event means to our customers.

“The scale and quality of the event created a fantastic atmosphere across the weekend, bringing customers together with leading brands, products and the latest innovations. We’re already looking ahead to how we build on that momentum for 2027.”
