As cost pressures continue to impact businesses across the UK, omnichannel retailer, Screwfix, is reinforcing its commitment to supporting the nation’s tradespeople with its Price Promise.

Designed to help customers shop with confidence, the Price Promise ensures tradespeople receive great value on the tools, equipment and essential products they rely on every day. 

If customers find an identical product at a lower price from a qualifying retailer within seven days of purchasing from Screwfix, they can make a Price Promise claim and receive a refund for the difference. 

The commitment applies across purchases made in Screwfix stores, via the Screwfix website and through the Screwfix App, giving customers added reassurance wherever and however they choose to shop.

Screwfix works hard to keep its prices competitive and deliver outstanding value for customers. However, in the unlikely event a qualifying product is found elsewhere at a lower price, making a Price Promise claim is straightforward. 

Customers simply need to visit a Screwfix store before purchase, or within seven days of placing an order, and present proof of the lower price. Screwfix will either match the price at the point of purchase or refund the difference if the item has already been bought. 

The Price Promise also applies to purchases made through Screwfix Sprint, where products can be delivered to site in as little as 20 minutes.
